At MOD Boutique, we want you to love your style; if a piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal.

  Drop Off Shipping

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
